FAQ
1. Why does the wireless charger get hot?
Heating is a normal phenomenon in inductive wireless charging because energy loss occurs during wireless transmission, resulting in the generation of heat. It is recommended to avoid using the phone extensively while charging and ensure proper heat dissipation.
2. Why does the wireless charger stop charging?
This issue usually occurs when the wireless charger is connected to an underpowered wall charger, such as a laptop USB port or a 5W iPhone charger. Our wireless chargers require a wall charger with a minimum power output of 10W.
3. Is wireless charging harmful to the battery?
Wireless charging generates slightly more heat than wired charging, but it does not pose a threat to your phone's battery. Additionally, wireless charging does not affect the battery's charge cycles any more than regular wired charging.
4. Can wireless chargers damage your phone?
Wireless chargers do not harm your phone's battery life. Specifically, the heat generated during wireless charging does not damage your phone's battery.
5. It not charges my Airpods?
Please ensure you are using the correct model of AirPods. Our 3-in-1 wireless charging station is compatible with AirPods Pro 2, AirPods Pro, and AirPods 3rd generation with the MagSafe charging case. However, it is not compatible with AirPods 1st generation with the wired charging case or AirPods 3rd generation with the Lightning charging case version.
