Red Oolong tea ( ?)is named because the color of the after being brewed. This tea is highly fermented and medium roasted which gives it a honey roasted flavour and aroma.

The process in making this tea type makes it the exclusive to Taiwan. The process involves bugs eating the leaves and in response the plant will release enzymes that will send sugar to the damaged area for recovery. This recovery mechanism can change the taste of the leaves.

Taste: The taste is delightful, of a medium roasted oolong with bright notes of honey and ripe fruits.

Si Ji Chun Tea ( ?) has been aptly named for its ability to retain its great flavour throughout all 4 seasons. It has an intense fruity flavour and should not be infused for too long. They are grown at a altitude of around 800 meters and after harvested they are left to dry out in the dun for several hours. Afterwards they are moved to unique boilers they are fermented before roasting.

Tieguanyin Tea ( ?) also commonly known as iron goddess is an oolong tea from Taiwan. The name Tieguanyin not only represents the type of oolong tea its also the name of the tea cultivator. While this tea can be made from other tea cultivators, it is important to not that all authentic Tiguanyin comes from Anxi county in Fujian province. The flavour profile of this tea can range quite a bit as this tea can range in all oxidization and roasting process which leaves it with a different flavour each time. However, what is universally common amount this tea are the shape of the tea leaves which are small, free from branches and tightly rolled.

Taste: Full, balanced, slightly floral flavor with a sweet, long-lasting finish and velvety texture. Often has hints of stone fruit, caramel, or chestnut.
