BeneCheck BKM13-1 Uric Acid Test Strips Description

This Uric Acid test strip is only used for the BKM13-1 Monitor Meter and the PD-G001-3-P Uric Acid Analyzer.
Please insert the Code Card into the test meter before opening of the test strip bottle, and confirm that the code displayed in the test meter is consistent with the code on the bottle.
Please note the insertion direction of the test strip and both sides. The wrong insertion test strip will not start the analyzer.
Do not use expired test strip, which should be used within 3 months after opening.
The test strip should be stored in a dry and cool place. The test strip should not be placed in the refrigerator.
The test strip should be stored in the original test strip bottle. Do not move the test strip to a new bottle or other container. After removing the test strip from the test strip bottle, cap the bottle immediately.

Please Note: This package only includes UA test strips, it does not include the Test Meter. This UA test strip is only used for the BKM13-1 Test Meter and the PD-G001-3-P Uric Acid Analyzer. The code card is placed in the packaging box of the test strip bottle. Package includes 25pcs UA Test strips, 25pcs Lancets and 1pc Code card.
