1. Please insert the Qi adapter into the charging port of your phone.

2. Make sure that your phone is properly centered on the wireless charging pad, and the Qi wireless charging adapter is in the center of the charging pad.

3. If you have placed your phone correctly, the indicator light on the wireless charging pad should change color. The charging start indicator on your phone may have a delay.

4. If your phone does not start charging, unplug the charging pad from the power outlet and plug it in again.

5. If step 4 does not help, carefully remove the Qi charging adapter from your phone and insert it back into the charging port of your phone.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE.

1. Use a wall adapter with at least 2 amps. If you connect the wireless charger to a laptop or use a USB adapter with less than 2 amps, the Qi wireless charging adapter may not work correctly, and the charging pad may blink.

2. When disconnecting the Qi adapter, do not pull it by the cable or the device itself. Gently remove it by holding onto the connector. Otherwise, the Qi wireless charging receiver may be damaged.

3. Do not use cases with metal plates or full metallic stickers. They do not allow for wireless charging.

4. Do not use thick phone cases.
