Q1: Why I bought 128gb usb stick, but the actual usable is only about 117gb?
Answer: Because Some capacity is used for formatting and other functions and thus not available for data storage. As such, it is normal that the actual available capacity for data storage is about 90% of listed capacity. The same principle for other capacity usb drives.
Q2: Why the speed value is a variable?
Answer: The officially listed speed value may not be fully reflected on your device. The actual speed is related to the use environment such as different device configurations, different file storage speeds, card readers, and operating systems. Thus, the speed value is a variable.
Q3: Can i use USB 3.0 flash drive in USB 2.0 interface?
Answer: Yes, but if you put it in USB 2.0 interface's device then the speed will match to USB 2.0 speed.
