Q1 : I don't have a CD player to read the driver, what should I do?

A1 : Please you can open it in Windows Explorer, run the installer. After that, It will work perfectly.

Q2 : If the connection is unstable, what's wrong?

A2 : Pls check signal strength and signal channel, ensure that it is full to get high speed. Or try to reinstall the driver

Q3 : While it sees my 5ghz network, it refuses to connect to it. it only connects to the 2.4ghz one. why?

A3 : In short, 2.4 GHz generally has better signal strength than 5GHz. Windows tends to this, and most consumer routers won't let the terminal switch to 5GHz. You can fix this by going into the advanced adapter properties and see if you can set it to "Prefer 5GHz". Alternatively, the WiFi mode setting can be set to exclude 2.4GHz, such as 802.11 a/c/n/ac.
