FAQ
FAQ 1: The video can be seen but the microphone cannot be used, there is no sound or the sound is weak
Answer: (1) If the computer has its own built-in microphone device: it will cause hardware conflicts and cannot be used. We only need to disable the corresponding microphone device. (2) Customers mistakenly think that the microphone has the function of a speaker or think that the microphone is a speaker. The webcam does not come with a speaker, you have to get one to get a louder sound.
FAQ 2: Why my computer couldn't recognize this webcam
Answer: If your computer has a built-in camera, please disable that one firstly. On Windows 10, right click the start button---go to device manager--- look for Cameras--- click on the little arrow next to it. You should see two devices, your integrated camera and the one you bought which says HD Camera. Right click on your integrated camera and you should be given an option that says disable device.
FAQ 3: The webcam is plugged into the laptop USB and it is not responding or it cannot be used
Answer 1: The laptop has its own built-in webcam and microphone. You need to disable the built-in camera or microphone of your PC itself, because it has hardware conflicts that will make our webcam unusable.
Answer 2: Does not have a built-in webcam and microphone. In this case, when the webcam is plugged into the computer USB port, the webcam is already in standby state. At this time, we only need to open the corresponding conference chat software, such as Facebook, Zoom or other software, select friends, and video chat to activate the webcam jobs.
Answer 3: For desktop computers, it is recommended that customers use the USB interface on the back of the computer, because the back interface is directly connected to the motherboard, and the recognition rate and stability will be better.
Answer 4: The customer thought that he needed to install the driver, but if he received the package, he didn't see a driver disk and immediately thought that the webcam could not be used. Our webcam is driver-free, plug and play, no need to manually install any driver, as long as the USB end of the webcam is inserted into the computer USB port, the webcam enters standby status For follow-up use, you only need to open the corresponding social or conference video software, you can activate and use our webcam.
