Cooking Instructions :

• After rinsing. Add 1 cup of rice with 1.5 cup of water. Bring to boil on medium heat then turn heat down to simmer for 30 minutes and stir occasionally. Turn off heat till the water absorbed and cover for another 10 minutes. Add water if needed.
• The water will become dark red when it is cooking. This is totally natural.
• Our rice is grown with organic farming methods which leads to some grains are smaller and lighter weight. Expect some of these grains float when added to water, as this is totally natural.
