Cooking Instructions :

• After rinsing. Add 1 cup of rice with 1 cup of water. Bring to boil for 15-30 minutes, simmer and covered. Stir occasionally till water absorbed and fluffy. Turn off heat and cover for another 10 minutes. Add water if desired.
• The water will become dark in color when it is cooking. This is totally natural.
• Our rice is grown with organic farming methods which leads to some grains are smaller and lighter weight. Expect some of these grains float when added to water, as this is totally natural.
