The box includes 2 pairs ear plugs. Thankfully Hengiee design team has addressed that issue with these ear plugs and with the Ergonomic design, that sits inside your ear and you can twist it to fit the ear so that it doesn't come out. The silicone material they are mode of is so soft and you can even wash them, and again, these are the most comfortable ones I've ever worn. Overall these are an excellent design that look great and are excellent value for money. Most importantly though, they actually work AND stay in my ears.
