Directions of Use: Mix 1 level scoop with 3 oz to 6 oz of water and drink immediately, 30-45 minutes before training and determine tolerance. If desired, after tolerance has been assessed, and for maximum energy mix up to 2 scoops with 6-8 oz. of water and drink immediately, 30-45 minutes before training. DO NOT take more than 2 level scoops in 1 day.
